Windsor Hills Nursing Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We hire on the basis of qualifications, character, and fit.

Why Windsor Hills

The kind of place that earns long careers.

A nursing home is only as good as the people who walk through its doors every morning.

We know that. It is why our hiring is careful, our training is real, and our turnover is well below the industry norm. People who join Windsor Hills tend to stay, not because they are stuck, but because they are treated as the professionals they are. If you have worked somewhere that did not feel that way, we would love to talk.

What We Offer

Pay and benefits worth comparing

The numbers matter, and so do the working conditions behind them.

Competitive Wages

Pay rates reviewed annually against the Oklahoma City market for every position, with shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Real Health Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time staff and qualifying part-time positions, with an HSA option.

Paid Time Off

Earned PTO from day one, growing with tenure. Holiday pay for the days that matter, and a humane on-call rotation when coverage is needed.

Tuition & Certification

Reimbursement for CNA, LPN, and RN coursework, plus paid time for continuing education hours required by license.

Staffed to the Plan

We staff to our care plan, not to a thinned-out minimum. You will have the time you need to do the job well.

Schedules That Hold

Schedules are posted in advance and honored. Shift swaps are handled through a simple, fair process, not a group text at midnight.
