Our Promise

Care that fits the person, not the other way around.

Every resident arrives at Windsor Hills with a lifetime of habits, preferences, and stories. Our job is to build the day around them.

From the first admissions call to the morning a rehab guest heads home, our nurses, therapists, dietary team, and housekeepers work as a single crew with one measure of success: did the people in our care have a good day? It is a simple standard, and we hold ourselves to it every shift.

Why Families Choose Us

Big enough to care for you. Small enough to know you.

Windsor Hills has a full clinical team on-site, and it is still the kind of place where the cook knows who takes their coffee black. That balance is deliberate. It is how care has been delivered here for decades, and it is why so many of our residents come to us by way of a neighbor, a pastor, or a doctor who has worked with us for years.

  • Long-tenured nurses and aides who know each resident by name and history
  • Private and semi-private rooms residents are encouraged to make their own
  • Physical, occupational, and speech therapy delivered in-house, seven days a week
  • A registered dietitian shaping menus residents actually look forward to
  • Plain-language updates to families, including evenings and weekends

Getting Started

Three steps from first call to first night

Most families have never done this before. We walk you through it, and we move quickly when the hospital says it is time.

Talk with admissions

A short phone call or visit to understand the level of care needed, verify coverage, and answer every question you have.

Tour and meet the team

Walk the halls, see a room, and meet the nurses and therapists who would be caring for your loved one. Video tours are available too.

Move in with a plan

A care plan is written with the resident and family before the first night, and discharge planning for rehab guests starts on day one.

Rehabilitation

Therapy that happens down the hall, not across town.

Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists work in a gym inside the building, so a session is a short walk rather than a van ride. Rehab guests are seen up to seven days a week, and progress is reviewed with the resident and family every week.

  • Practice stairs, parallel bars, and pedal exercisers for real-world strength
  • Discharge planning that begins on admission day
  • A home-safety review before you leave us

Come see Windsor Hills for yourself.

Tours are scheduled at your convenience, and our admissions team is glad to answer questions by phone before you visit.
